We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over $100. (No promo code needed, offer auto-applied at checkout. Standard shipping on orders under $100 will be charged Shipping & Handling. Offer valid on standard shipping to the continental US.
When your order is placed, it takes 1-3 business days to get it processed, packaged, and ready to go. Packages usually take 3-7 business days to arrive once shipped. Shipping carriers may vary by order.
After placing your order, you will receive two emails:
- Order confirmation email – this will confirm that your order has been captured and is being processed.
- Shipment confirmation email- this will confirm your order has shipped and will include tracking information.

Returns:
Viviscal PRO and XFusion products purchased in a salon or medical office cannot be returned or refunded through our websites and must be returned to the location of purchase.
Within the first 90 days, if a consumer is not satisfied with the products for any reason, he/she is eligible for a full refund as part of our 90 Day Money Back Guarantee. Resellers are to provide a full refund to the consumer, and we will replace the product for you on your next order. To request the replacement, call 1-800-277-3316 or speak with your local sales rep.
DAMAGED ITEMS AND CLAIMS: Should your items arrive damaged, please immediately contact the call center at 1-800-277-3316 to file a claim. Upon notifying us, we will give you further instructions on how to return the damaged item(s). Important: Please return all damaged items in the original shipping boxes for our inspection. All claims must be made within 24 hours of receipt of order. Any problem or error with an order should be reported to your sales representative.
